It's 2AM after my second day in Madrid and it's hard to sleep while recovering from jet lag and all of the excitement! There is plenty I would like to write about, but for now I should just post a few pictures and get some rest since we leave at 9AM for Santander in northern Spain.
So here are just some "tapas" for now...
From top to bottom you see: 1) Standing at the very heart of Madrid, kilometer 0, in La Plaza de la Puerta del sol. 2) Standing in front of the Egyptian tomb (an original) with the Garcia Ruiz children, Luís, Belen and Guillermo. 3) Standing in front of El Palacio Real with Guillermo, Pilar, Pablo and Luís.
